EU Countries: No additional customs fees or import duties.
Non-EU Countries (UK, US, Switzerland, Norway, etc.): Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@myfirmly.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll reship or refund if the package cannot be located.
🎄 Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing and delivery times may be extended by 2-5 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
