AHA Peeling days (1–2x per week, evening)
Apply to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse. Follow with your moisturiser.
Glycolic days (on the other days)
After cleansing, apply with a cotton pad as a toner step. No rinsing needed. Follow with your moisturiser.
Start with once a week each. Let your skin guide the pace.
